Retail Store Design

The challenge of this showroom is to represent the products and feel of Designlush. When walking into the showroom. clients are greeted by the receptionist and three separate seating areas. A kitchenette is available for easy access by the receptionist as well. Their products are displayed in vignettes and in classifications. The contrast of using vignettes and classification organization is effective in providing a dynamic environment for a viewer. Clients have the ability to easily walk through the space (with current social distancing practices) while taking in the functionality of different products. Material samples are shown throughout the space to convey the latest pieces and variations. The showroom space focuses on the products and highlights some artists in the company, shown on columns. Graphic panels with a library of images are also displayed throughout the showroom, conveying the craft that goes behind each piece made. The conference room on the second floor and four separate offices for sale representatives below occupy one side of the showroom. Smart glass walls are used throughout the space to provide privacy when needed. Designlush branding is seen throughout the space. Overall, the showroom represents the platform Designlush strives to have.
